Great News! The Mississippi Gulf Coast continues to complete transportation projects at a fast pace.  Both the Bay St. Louis Bridge and the Biloxi Bay Bridge were completed ahead of schedule.  All lanes of both bridges are open including the new pedestrian walk lane.  Walking across the bridges has become a popular exercise activity for hundreds of people everyday.

 

Highway 90 improvement projects are being done at a rapid pace.  I can see a difference in the curbing, road surfacing, and new walkways.  We are enjoying art work in the median along Highway 90.  Many damaged trees have been transformed to beautiful wood carvings of wildlife on the Gulf Coast.

 

We have restaurants and business opening every week along the coast.  Please click on “Accommodations” to review the hotels, motels, condominiums and RV parks currently available.  Even though we have identified 12,000 rooms along the coast, we encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible.

The pre-registration fee is $50 again this year.  The first 2000 registrations will receive a free DVD copy of our 2007 Cruisin’ The Coast event.  Pre-registration is open until August 15, 2008.
