Registration Information

Event open to 1989 and older vehicles. Entrants must be 18 years of age. Proof of insurance and DMV registration may
be requested at the time of arrival. EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE. Early-bird registration costs $75 and must be postmarked by August 15, 2024. Online Registration closes at Midnight August 15, 2024.

On-site registration opens on Monday, October 7, 2024 at Cruise Central. Times: Monday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. On-site registration will cost $100 and will not include a participant t-shirt.

First 2,000 Early-Bird Registrations will receive a 2024 Commemorative Poster. (Distributed with registration packet.)

Cruisin’ The Coast entries are not transferrable and cannot be sold by anyone other than Cruisin’ The Coast, Inc. All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.  No refunds or cancellations after 9/1/24.

Activities not included in your registration fee: Ticketed Concerts at the Casinos and the CTC Auction. All registered vehicles may participate in:
Show ‘N’ Shine at all locations, Controlled Cruises, Parade, Autocross.

All CTC registered vehicles must have automobile liability coverage with minimum limits and DMV registration. The Undersigned acknowledges and understands that no insurance is available for coverage to the Undersigned unless otherwise provided by private insurance personally obtained. Registration packets must be picked up by the registrant and the registered vehicle must be present at the stamping venues. No overnight parking at any cruise site or venue is allowed.

Entry and Advertising Release: In consideration of participation by Undersigned, vehicle owner and spouse/guest agree to permit Cruisin’ The Coast´®, Inc. the use of their names, likeness and pictures, and pictures of their vehicles for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes (including newspaper, magazine, radio and television) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish rights to any photos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to Cruisin’ The Coast®, Inc. All publicity and advertising rights are reserved by Cruisin’ The Coast®, Inc.

Operation: Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to site & venue appropriate behavior during all activities of Cruisin’ The Coast® and entrants may be excluded from any CTC site for conduct or appearance deemed objectionable by event management. Open exhaust headers, unnecessary tire spin, or inappropriate use, behavior or operation of a motor vehicle may result in suspension or expulsion from any venue or the entire event. . This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter or any act or item of poor character which the management considers objectionable to the quality and appearance of the event. Operating any vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other legal or illegal drug, stimulant or substance is prohibited. In the case of any eviction or restriction, Cruisin The Coast®, Inc., is not liable for
refunding entry fees except at its own discretion. All event details are subject to change without notice.

Release of Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form, Release, Discharge and will Hold Harmless Cruisin’ The Coast®, Inc., the State of Mississippi, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau, the City of Biloxi, the City of Gulfport, Gulfside Casino Partnership DBA Island View Casino Resort, Centennial Plaza, LLC, the Gulfport Redevelopment Commission, the City of Bay St. Louis, the City of Waveland, the City of Diamondhead, the City of Long Beach, the City of Pass Christian, the City of D’Iberville, Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort, the City of Ocean Springs, the City of Pascagoula, the City of Moss Point, the City of Gautier, Jackson County Mississippi, Harrison County Mississippi, Hancock County Tourism Development Bureau, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center, Edgewater Mall, Hardy Court Shopping Center, Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast, Treasure Bay Casino Hotel, and Beau Rivage Resort & Casino and all of their officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, organizers, promoters and servants, and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of Cruisin’ The Coast® of and from any and all known or unknown conditions of the venues or sites, including any contagions, sickness, infections, pestilence, pandemics, viruses or other diseases or conditions, that may be suffered by entrant to his/her person or property. Further each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing organizations, entities, firms or individuals, of and from any and all liability, injury, losses, damages, judgments or
claims occasioned by or resulting from the conduct of the undersigned or any participants assisting or cooperating with the undersigned or under the direction or control of the undersigned. The undersigned agree that participation in any contests, games, or activities may be limited. No dogs are allowed at Cruise Central or the Coliseum per city ordinance and may be excluded at any other venue or site at the discretion of CTC depending upon the suitability of animals at the venue or site.

Eligibility: Cruisin’ The Coast® is open to qualified vehicles. All applicants and official participants must be over the age of 18 years of age and maintain a valid driver’s license. I certify and warrant that I have read this form and agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Cruisin’ The Coast® application, including the Release and Waiver of Liability, and the rules governing the event as set forth herein and agree to observe all rules and direction of the event management as a condition of participation.
